Music Lessons

At the Midwest Musician's Co-op we offer lessons in Guitar, Bass, and Drums currently.

We are searching for a Woodwind and Brass, Piano and Strings now so if you know anyone or are interested yourself please contact us.

Lesson prices vary per teacher and instrument. Please refer to the chart below listing each teacher and what he or she teaches.



Joe Feingold - 17.00 half hour, 30.00 one hour

Joe FiengoldJoe is from South Bend, IN born under a bad sign, educated by Dean Watts of Mendoza's Music.

Joe has been classically trained on nylon guitar. Joe has been playing since the tender age of 10. Joe plays in Dark Trilogy and the Joe Feingold Project. His band has recently opened up for Michael Angelo Bato the guitar great and Michael appeared on Joe's recent album as a guest guitarist.

Joe's playing is second to none in this area and has to be one of the fastest guitarists in the region.


Matt Kennedy - 15.00 half hour

Matt, a La Porte IN native has over 30 years, performed in numerous events throughout Indiana and Michigan as a solo artist and with other bands.

His compositions have been heard on the Discovery Channel, Fox Sports and CBS Network Television.

Prior to HiFi2WiFi Matt released 2 smooth jazz guitar CD's that garnered national attention: Azure Play and Beyond Words which, when you come to hear the band, you may hear some selections from these done in true HiFi2WiFi style.



Billy Canty - $30.00 half hour

Billy is originally from Florida where he studied drums and percussion as well as played in several bands. He also studied under the famous Jim Chapin world renown drum instructor.

Billy can play just about any style music and also is a recording engineer and producer.

We're very pleased to have Billy as our drum instructor. He can teach any level student from beginner to profressional.

Buddy has been teaching upright and electric bass, plus beginning guitar for nearly 18 yrs, both privately and online via FaceTime/Skype.

The lessons are a half hour each week, or an hour every other week.

For most adults, an hour every other week seems to work out much better. For the younger ones, a half hour each week is just enough.
